Uplifting artwork and fabrics for your indoor and outdoor spaces

Based in Carmarthenshire, Wales, Genevieve was born in France and came to the UK to study Fine Art at the Falmouth College of Art and Design in Cornwall.  She went on to do a post-graduate in Ceramics at the Royal College of Art, London and began painting, then printing onto fabrics. This inspired her to found her fabric label,  Joie de Vivre. 

Genevieve also produces large and small paintings that explore a variety of techniques including brushwork, fresco and collage. She works on contemporary abstract paintings, semi figurative and figurative paintings, exploring imagery that can also be applied to her Joie De Vivre fabrics. The canvas paintings and the fabrics inspire each other.

Genevieve’s shop contains a selection of accessories created from the Joie de Vivre fabric range as well as a ‘made to order’ service for client requiring something more bespoke.
